Abstract

Transparency is a concept of which its meaning has become essential in modern democracies, like a determining characteristic of how evolved a political system of a State is. Being that transparency is an indispensable ingredient of Rules of Law which are constitutional nowadays, it is important to note that this state principle and purpose must manifest en every layer in which the acts of power are exercised. In this article we will emphasize on the existence of an indissoluble link between transparency and judicial ethics, as well as in the challenges shown by this relationship in the manifestation of the power appointed to a Judicial Power (the enforcement of justice). Likewise, we will draft an ideal of where should the enforcement of justice should evolve, in concert with the duality transparency and judicial ethics.
