A QUALITY OF JUSTICE IN THE STATE OF MEXICO: A PROPOSAL OF EVALUATION THROUGH JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY AND THE ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN THE FEDERAL JUDICIAL POWERS

The studies with a social approach about the quality of justice in Mexico are scarce. Considering that the social factors have a direct impact in the quality of justice enforced in society, this work is focused on identifying strategies and models that allow to evaluate the administration of justice in the State of Mexico, based on different indicators, both qualitative and quantitative, in order to determine which is the current status of the quality of justice in the same state based on reliable information about the efficiency of the jurisdictional function and the access to justice, in comparison to the rest of the other federative organizations. This research draws from the analysis and correlation of diverse data to understand the level of the quality of justice in Mexico. To answer this question, it is proposed a multidisciplinary instrument to evaluate the quality of justice, which can serve as a model for the different judicial powers of the country. For this analysis, the study of the following variables is taken into consideration: efficiency, trust, performance, poverty, and education. The collected information is focused on being able to use the ethnographic method, by means of surveys, questionnaires, census, statistics, and work with focus groups to be able to reach the desired objective.
