JUDICIAL LAW. A METHODOLOGICAL APPROXIMATION TO ITS STUDY

This is a theoretical study of Judicial Law derived from some precedents on the way the legal justice was administered as part of the tasks of the State. The object of its study is delimited around the jurisdictional function, taking into consideration the material legislative and executive tasks performed by the Executive Power; the need for a simultaneous development of multiple activities for the effective execution of the administration of legal justice is highlighted. The autonomy of judicial Law is analyzed from the scientific, legislative, and jurisdictional scopes, as part of the specialization of its study, without the detriment of the transversal section of the knowledge that implies the interaction of the diverse areas of human knowledge. Diverse methods that which can be utilized for the creation of knew knowledge in this branch of Law are studied, making outstanding those that come from anthropology and sociology. Lastly, a conclusion is issued about the need to perform doctrinal studies in matter of judicial Law that allow improving the administration of legal justice
