Labor Reform in Mexico

This text presents an analysis on the changes that labor law has had in the last forty years, focusing on the way in which it is offered to workers through the use of new technologies, and the way in which workers access it, taking into consideration the impact that their labor rights may have within this new paradigm. The Mexican legal system establishes a legal framework that indicates the most important reforms and the influence that the International Labor Organization had to achieve them, highlighting the victories in favor of the workers. Finally, the legal frameworks of labor law are compared in diverse regions of Latin America.
