Implementation of Effective Orality in Labor Processes. Theoretical and Practical Aspects

Abstract

The present work presents a glance on the orality system in the labor processes, focusing on its concrete functioning and the role that the judge must assume throughout the stages of the process in order to optimize its benefits. In addition, the text ventures into the development of the conciliatory hearing and the legitimation of the magistrate in regard to the parties, and critically investigates about his activity in the search for truth, as well as the content of the sentence issued under this format of judicial action, as he should be driven by the fairest resolution of disputes.
