Labor Violence and Harassment as Psychosocial Risks

This text exposes the symptoms, risks and causes that exist when promoting violence in the workplace, as well as the most common forms in which this occurs, and as a result, psychosocial risks may exist in people. In addition, it presents the characteristics and elements of this type of violence according to some organizations such as the International Labor Organization, and in the case of Mexico, the Federal Labor Law. Subsequently, it analyzes the ILO Convention 190 and Recommendation 206, and concludes on the importance of the contribution that the International Labor Organization has offered in a time of labor reengineering in which there exist various profiles of workers.
