Abstract

This research work contains a brief analysis about vindicator action according to its doctrinairy input, legislation and jurisprudence. As a real action by excellence, founded in each person’s domain about specific things. Its historical process since romanic classic period through XIX Century european comparative law, has given huge relevance to actions based on property protection. Regarding normative, some articles from the Civil Code of the State of México and another orderings related to property regulation are transcribed in order to define the vindicator action and the way it has to be applied, including the domain a property rights that collide with that action application. Doctrinary and jurisprudential aportation look to define vindicator action, adding vital information about its application assumptions, legal basics, effects, reaches and its difference with another restitution actions.
