Gender violence is a deep-rooted behavior in Mexican population. Through research and statistical analysis, it is clear that more than half of the female population undergoes violence at some point in their lives, and find themselves within a situation of vulnerability that has not been eradicated. Therefore, the Judicial Branch of the State of Mexico based on the analysis carried out in this article and the General Recommendation 1/2018, issued by the Human Rights Commission of the State of Mexico and in the Constitutional Reform of 2011, dictates the professionalization of the judges in charge of the administration of justice by issuing a sentence that makes the right to access to justice real and tangible. Since it must be imbued with human rights and a gender perspective. Thus becoming an aid to equality and the eradication of behaviors that violate and undermine the dignity of women. We assert that in order to make these prerogatives a reality, the judges must have a broad scope on human rights and the tool of gender perspective, by which, through a mandatory professionalization by means of a course lectured by the Judicial School about its proper use and application. They will achieve justice with a gender perspective and hence reaffirm the commitment that the Judicial Branch has with equality in society, since those in charge of justice administration will be forced to ensure the human right to access to justice and a violence-free life for women.
