Contributions to a human rights theory
Keywords:
Theory, human rights, dogmatic, dignity, personAbstract
The construction of a dogmatic of human rights is necessary to be able to fully materialize its content and avoid, as far as possible, lax interpretations that are far from the true objective that such rights pursue: to ensure a dignified life for all people, without this implies the renunciation of their freedom. Here we trace the elements of a theory of human rights, without this implying the total construction of it, which will be the subject of other more extensive studies.
