Keywords:
Law and literature, constitutional preamble, poetry, narrativeAbstract
This work explores, thinking about the preamble of the Bolivian Constitution, the convergence between literature and constitutional texts. It reflects on the hermeneutical dimension, the rhetorical perspective and the method of the narrative in the selected constitutional preamble. Its originality and its discursive aesthetics - despite its important legal interpretation problems - give us an opportunity to enjoy and defend the literary quality of Law.
