Abstract

This work presents the basic concepts of the disciplines related to the questioned documents. The essential and accidental elements of a document are analyzed, in order to be able to establish in which of them a falsification or alteration falls; as well as the questions that are assessed in a graphoscopy opinion. In this way, it is indicated how to pose the problem to the expert in order to bring to the judge the motive or reason for the conviction of the facts discussed in a process.
