Abstract

The objective of this essay is to reflect on the way in which artistic expression becomes a teaching tool to analyze and under- stand the content of the right of people with disabilities to an autonomous life. For this, it is convenient to take into consideration the spaces in which people with disabilities can function with dignity within the community, and make visible the difficulties they face in the search for democratic and social integration through the exercise of the human right to equality.
