CONTEXTUALIZED NARRATIVES ABOUT JUSTICE
Keywords:
Art and law, narrative theory, intertextuality, legal culture, allegories of justiceAbstract
Justice can be found portrayed in various cultural manifestations and through dissimilar and plural narratives. This work presents some hermeneutical keys to start reading and interpreting such narratives. It is suggested that, for this, it is necessary to consider the space-time context in which these intertextual manifestations originate and develop; a theoretical attitude that, in addition, can contribute some critical elements for the culture of justice.
