Abstract

The general objective of this work is to evaluate the legal nature of the precedent in the context of the 2021 judicial reform, and to demonstrate the importance of its incorporation into the Mexican justice system, with a focus on human rights and considering legal tradition of the current system of integration of jurisprudence. The theme allows discussion of the mutability of law, diversity in the interpretation and action of the judiciary, including the very structure and effects of the constitutional ruling.
