Along with marginalization, hostility, discrimination, inequity and violence, it is possible to identify the situation of vulnerability that women may face due to the activities in the hydrocarbon value chain that may have direct or indirect effects on their human rights such as life, health, decent housing, work and a healthy environment. In conflicts before the Judicial Power, it is essential to consider judging from a gender perspective, in order to ensure that the economic activities of the hydrocarbon sector do not violate any rights of women, for which it is essential to identify additional criteria that is required to be considered in conflicts related to the energy sector.
