Abstract

The objective of this article is to expose some of the main issues and criteria that allow identifying the different gender issues that are immersed in the political-electoral field; Likewise, it is intended to emphasize how gender issues transcend the individual dimension of people and are projected in the social or collective field, evidencing the social dimension that modulates individual rights and the correlative duties of parties and authorities in the electoral field.
