STUDIES OF THE JUDICIARY AND THE SUPREME COURTS IN LATIN AMERICA

Abstract

Latin America is one of the regions with the least number of comparative studies between the different judicial powers, courts and judicial systems; Of the works that have been carried out, they provide uneven knowledge of the region, therefore, the present work aims to describe the main lines of comparative research that have been developed on the supreme courts and judges in Latin America, placing emphasis on the main findings.
