Abstract

The purpose of this work is to determine the importance of the evidentiary assessment system and the standard of proof as argumentative tools in the analysis carried out by the adjudicating body on corruption issues in Mexico; For this purpose, an explanation of the regulation of this phenomenon is made, at a national and international level, to land on the way in which it is regulated in our country, the types of responsibilities and crimes, as well as the way in which it is valued. and analyze the evidence in our legal system.
