In this desire, texts were proclaimed that laid the foundations that would provide cohesion, independence, freedom and well-being. Within these founding texts is the Constitution of 1824, a document that will be reflected on in this work. The aim is to analyze what were the rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of 1824; as well as trace the events, values and theories that contributed to the formation of the constitutional order. It seeks to unravel the permanences and changes that were generated in the various documents that laid the foundations of Mexican constitutionalism. in this analysis, the Constitution is perceived not only as a legal document in which the political organization of a country is defined and the form of government is expressed; Furthermore, this pact is observed as the result of a social, economic and political reality that attempts to build a nation.
