Abstract

The 1824 Mexican Constitution is the result of a complete historical process, which can be studied through the history of mentalities, which allows us to expose the representations contained in it and understand why it is so relevant in the history of Mexico. The mentalities of the Second Constituent Congress are the result of the historical context, and in them the motive behind the actions of the 1824 deputies can be found.
