Abstract

Imetas de la filosofía del derechon this text, the importance of the philosophy of law in the formulation of understanding, comprehension, praxis and transformation of legal discourse will be problematized, based on the study of its goals in our context, for which the borders between science are analyzed. legal science and the philosophy of law, as well as the philosophical problem of normative creation and thematic guidelines for the training of future jurists.
