THE MASC PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IN THE MUNICIPAL MEDIATOR OFFICES AS FOUNDATIONS OF THE PEACE CULTURE

From the beginning, the objective in this article was to demonstrate that the professional skills to solve conflicts based on the MASC in the municipalities of the State of Mexico are not being applied correctly; the sources used are formal and real, derived from personal experiences in conflict resolution; phenomenological, historical, descriptive, hermeneutical, exegetical, purposeful methods, among others, were used; the main findings related to the procedures for solving problems in human relations within the conciliation mediation offices, which are applied by people with a professional profile of litigation, a scenario that constitutes the basis for proposing that said public servants be specialists or graduates in MASC so that citizens build their agreements and solve their conflicts effectively, after the conclusions a valid, viable and socially necessary solution reform proposal is integrated.
