Abstract

This contribution shows the complexity of judicial decisions in the context of the Mexican justice system, along with an overview of the inclusion of predictive software. The characteristics that identify a judge and the processor for a collaborative binomial are highlighted, while also warning against of the substitution of the human be- ing in the issuance of judicial decisions.
