Abstract

In order to understand the scope and content of the reparatory agreements in the Mexican Legal System, an analysis is made of them and their application in the delivery of justice, its advantages and deficiencies, its social acceptance and the objectives it seeks. Starting from the idea that the general population has about the delivery of justice and its effectiveness, a study of theoretical aspects is carried out that involve the realization of a reparatory agreement, it’s possible scope and the way in which these may or may not impact in the human rights of the elements that are part of the process. Social reality is confronted with the practical scheme required to make the signing of reparatory agreements viable. Concluding with the proposal of new schemes of work and education that impact on the people who are part of a process, population in general, but above all that transcend in the daily actions of the personnel that works in the delivery of justice.

Ricardo Alfredo Sodi Cuellar, Universidad Anáhuac

Licenciado en Derecho por la Escuela Libre de Derecho. Maestro en Derecho Internacional y Diplomacia por el Instituto Matías Romero de Estudios Diplomáticos. Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Fue miembro del Servicio Exterior de Carrera, abogado litigante, director de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Anáhuac. Actualmente es magistrado en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de México.
