PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW. FROM THE CURRENT ARGENTINE STANDARDS TO THE PROJECT OF THE MEXICAN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW PROJECT

In this essay, a conceptual and comparative study is carried out between the Private International Law Project for Mexico and the norms that in Argentina serve for the resolution of private international law conflicts, linked to the relationship and the work contract. First, a review is made of the political and legal characteristics of Argentina, the distribution of constitutional powers in that country, social rights in its National Constitution, the federal constitutional block and its recently approved Civil and Commercial Code. Then the private international labor law is reviewed from the Argentine perspective, considering its sources and conflicts various proposed solutions in the matter. Subsequently, a detailed examination of the fundamental issues of the Argentine Labor Contract Law is made and finally some considerations and reasoned and comparative reflections are made regarding the Draft Law of Private International Law in Mexico.
