Abstract

The deliberation of human rights in conflict is one of the obstacles that Mexico is facing by looking into establishing parameters that protect the individual in a broader way. In this manner, this study does a study of the way in which these have become a part of the Mexican judicial system, its evolution and inclusion in other branches of Law. Afterwards, an analysis is performed on the impact that these changes have had in Labor Law and its connecting branches, as is the right to social security, approaching it from a practical and theoretical perspective. It is explained how the principle of the pro-person constitutional interpretation must be applied in the resolution of jurisdictional conflict. Lastly, a study is carried out of the affectation that the competence of State Human Rights Commissions and National Commissions shall have with the changes in the labor justice system and its incorporation to the Federal Judicial Power and the local Judicial Powers.
