Revaluation of the Fundamental Principles of Labor Law Against Industry 4.0

Abstract

The fundamental principles of labor law have had, since their emergence, a transcendental role in the development of this legal discipline, either as a ground rule to follow in the elaboration of a new labor legislation or as a guiding criterion for interpretations of specific cases, hence the importance that they should have with the advent of Industry 4.0, considered to be the new industrial revolution, which has abruptly appeared on the economic and labor scene through the implementation of high-tech. Thus, with the transformations in the way labor will be carried out, it is necessary to establish the position that the aforementioned principles will keep.
