Abstract

Human rights have been latent since times before Christ, through the times of Babylon, the Hebrew culture, among other historical possibilities, but ¿Is it possible to speak of a history of human rights? This question will guide the development of this article. Far from having a static reality, this type of rights has emerged and developed over time as a dynamic of evolution and consolidation in the legal world. However, how we understand and interpret human rights today; even its configuration and conception eighty years ago was diametrically different from what you have today.
