This article studies emerging technologies in international arbitration based on the analysis of data intelligence and its impact on decision-making in this matter. We start from the thesis according to which the intelligence of the data allows to accelerate the making of better-informed decisions in international arbitration, providing this alternative dispute resolution mechanism with true efficiency, speed, transparency and cost reduction, as well as the access of a greater number of defendants to this mechanism. Based on the deductive method with an exhaustive bibliographic research and expert opinions, it is concluded that the ethical use of emerging technologies in international arbitration favors the updating of this institution and enables better-informed decision-making, which, in ultimately, it will positively drive the automation and management of online arbitrations.
