Abstract

This article addresses elements that are considered essential in the academic and human training of the judicial servant, starting with the understanding of the concept of knowledge society, and the competences that he must possess, as well as the importance of the Information and Communication Technologies. In the educational processes and, finally, a teaching proposal for the judicial schools. For this purpose, we will address concepts such as knowledge society, which has gained momentum lately due to the dissemination of information and the improvement of technologies that allow the general population to have access to academic materials from various fields of science. The objective of this essay is to make clear and feasible proposals for the improvement of the legal services and the professional training of public servants by means of the tools that the so-called Information and Communication Technologies provide us.
