Abstract

This work analyzes the way in which two actions are exercised to resolve a case related to the patrimonial security of people who suffered the loss of a family member, who acted as the owner of property rights, in a context of health emergency derived from the covid-19 pandemic. In this way, the action of acquisitive prescription is studied, highlighting the key elements of this type of trial and the points to consider before carrying out the exercise of this action.
