Abstract

The present work addresses the need to implement a robust artificial intelligence policy within the Judiciary of the State of Mexico, as an essential step toward the digital transformation of justice. The adoption of advanced technologies promises to optimize judicial processes, expedite decision-making, and improve access to justice. However, its implementation must be governed by a clear regulatory framework that ensures transparency, fairness, and respect for human rights. This policy should consider key aspects such as continuous training for judicial operators, the supervision of AI systems, and the protection of personal data. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of learning from international experiences and adapting best practices to the local context, in order to fully harness the potential of artificial intelligence without compromising the fundamental principles of justice.
