Keywords:
globalization, democracy, human rights, justice, constitutionAbstract
This academic exercise not only shows that through the law judicial decisions and jurisprudential criteria, formally force someone to adopt a conduct of giving, doing or not doing; It also demonstrates that judicial formality must assume an increasingly transcendental role in order to give full effect to the rights and freedoms of individuals, guaranteeing their advancement towards a style of development that puts equality and equality at the center dignity within the context of social reality in today's world. It is a matter of preparing a critical diagnosis that allows not only knowing where the human rights are that are conferred in legal instruments and how to obtain more rights and freedoms according to the current era, but also recognizing what the behavior of society should be, that although this has been progressively degraded, the truth is that it is urgent to promote social ethics in order to agree on more rights and freedoms of those already achieved in favor of the political community.
