The covid-19 pandemic has generated great suffering in the world. In our country, particularly, there is a great concern regarding the increase in violence against women and girls, mostly in the phase of confinement and social isolation. It is necessary to make it visible, observe its manifestations and contribute to its proper treatment. This article seeks to help mitigate the impact of inequality gaps in this vulnerable group, in harmony with human rights and the judicial strategies.
