Abstract

Currently, Mexico faces various problems that revolve around the National Public Security System, although from our perspective, the greatest problem facing the Mexican State in terms of security is the invisibility of human and fundamental rights of the police forces.

Without a doubt, the axis of greatest importance for national peace and security is the police, derived from this, in this article it will be stated that it is not possible to guarantee either of the two items mentioned above, if the police groups are not strengthened. In particular, it´s important to do an analysis of the type of requirement that becomes part of the security work must be attended to, against the constant violations of human rights of which they are victims, finding there, the main defect in public security in our country.
