In this regard, special attention is paid to the cultural promotional activities carried out during the last months by the State of Mexico Judicial Power to determine if they comply with the obligation established in the first article of the Constitution: to promote the human rights within the scope of their competence. Finally, a sound proposal is presented so that the State authorities release the information about the human rights affecting the jurisdictional aspect.
